Resolution for to activate UiPath Studio 2021.10, when "Sign in" option is disabled .

Symptom: When trying to activate UiPath Studio 2021.10, "Sign in" Option is disabled, like shown below,

Root Cause: This is because option "Register UiPath Robot as Windows Service" is selected when installing Studio and Robot.

Resolution: Perform the below steps

  1. Modify UiPath Studio installation and uncheck option "Register UiPath Robot as Windows Service"

  1. After this, "Sign in" option will be enabled when trying to activate Studio.
