Your Orchestrator might have exhausted the Robot Units allocated for Designer activities. Designer Robot Units are consumed when you execute certain AI-powered or Integration Service activities during design time particularly in Studio Web, Agent Builder, or Integration Service.
Studio web uses the cloud-based activities which require Designer Robot Units (If your organization has migrated to the newer licensing model, these Designer Robot Units are backed by Platform Units instead of Robot Units) for execution and testing. Since the quota is exhausted, Studio Web prevents execution.
Ask your administrator to verify: Admin → Licenses → Robot & Service → Consumables. Whether the organization has available Platform Units or remaining Designer Robot Units.

From the snap it looks like you still have 300 Robot units available until Jul 31, 2026.
Can you please click on “View Usage” under Robot Units and see the Consumed vs Remaining Robot units?

Can you try by logging out from assistant, UiPath Cloud and Studio and relogin.

Thank you for your reply. I am going to use UiPath to join 2 excel table into 1 with some common column, which source from Microsoft SharePoint.
I am currently building with web studio
Try in incognito mode once, if that works or not works,
signoout from UiPath cloud and studio and assistant, clear all the cache from your browser.
then reopen and check if that working back normal.
