Shouldn't I be able to click and drag things around in a flowchart?

Continuing a project, and working in a flowchart. Shouldn’t I be able to click and drag the objects there? I can only select them, and move them with the arrow keys. Not sure if or how I would have done something to affect this behavior.

Using community edition.
