Shifting few columns to the right in input excel

If anyone can help in shifting few columns to right to make it look exactly like the table mentioned in image?

i am getting confused in between the excel data, do u only need to shift to left or is there is any need to delete columns too?

basically i want the excel to look exactly like table in image. The values of successful column mentioned in image is coming at last of excel if you see carefully… so i want it in sync to table u can see in image
