Hi everyone, just wanna share the article that I came up with. This was published in Business World Philippines under the column ‘Taxwise or Otherwise’ last month. In this article, we discussed how RPA enables harmony between People, Processes and Technology. Please check it out and I hope it helps clarify how process improvement is equally important with other technical side of an RPA project.
