I am using 0365 Sharepoint activities for doing actions on Sharepoint.
PFA below screenshot. I am trying to access 2 no. folder from sharepoint which is visually present from 1 no sub folder but when I am trying to access that using folders array , it is showing 0 folders in that sub folder.
Kindly suggest what might be the issue
Is it not throwing any error as well?
Can you confirm if your site url is used only till the sitename …
And are there multiple document libraries if yes then please check the name of document library properly

No, it is not throwing any error.
Yes, Site URL is till site name as it is working for same folder structure at different location on that sharepoint
I have checked the name of document library and copy pasted the same in Activity but still is shows 0 folders with same name
Can you try querying the tobeprocessed…so that we know if there is any access related issue or name issue

I am able to query ToBeProcessed Folder.

I will check for special Characters
Could you please delete the folder and recreate…i guess it might be renamed or whie naming some other charqcters are uaed and the backend name still might be the same old name

Recreation of all the folders in till root directory resolved the issue. There was some permission issue for DU_Documents folder
