Is their any SharePoint activities are present in marketplace? If yes can we create and upload the data through it ?

Yes, UiPath does have SharePoint activities available in the Marketplace. You can use the UiPath Microsoft SharePoint Activities (part of the Microsoft 365 package). With these activities, you can read, create, update, and upload data to SharePoint lists, libraries, and files.
So yes, you can create items and upload data/files to SharePoint directly using these activities, provided you have the required permissions and proper authentication set up.

Use predefined activates instead of custom activities. If no particular reason.

You don’t need custom activities for that. You can do it with standard UiPath activities.

Custom activities are present but are not recommended as official UiPath O365 activities are present and use graph api opposing to the custom marketplace activities usign rest api which are being deprecated.
Also the support for latest version might not be present as they are updated almost years back
