Shared Mailbox in Production

Hello,

In my automation Im working on Subfolder ‘Order’, Subfolder ‘Archive’ on Shared Mailbox ABC
1 workflow which open outlook application, click on Update Folder
2 workflow with Get Outlook Message activity from Subfolder ‘Order’ under Shared Mailbox ABC
3 Several workflows with process staff
4 at the end workflow which moves messages from ‘Order’ to ‘Archive’ subfolder

And looks like it does not work properly in Production.
Folder is not updated and even if finally is, messages which are processed and should be moved to ‘Archive’ subfolder are not moved and Robot is trying to process them again on next run.
In Quality and on my personal VDI automation works properly.

Does anyone has any advise?
