Has something changed with how the orchestrator settings are saved in assistant? It used to be that we could use an admin account to set the machine key and (on prem) orchestrator URL and then the user could connect. Now it seems that after setting the machine key with the admin account, the user cannot connect. I read that the machine key is encrypted using the Windows DPAPI. Is this a recent change? If so, does that mean we can no longer set the key with a different account to the account that will use assistant? If so, that is a major breaking change as it would require the user to have admin access to set the key. This is with Studio 2022.10.3.
It also depends on your type of installation.
If installed on user level, you get this issue. If installed on service level, you shouldn’t. (Unless something indeed changed)
This is actually with developers trying to use UiPath Studio. It didn’t used to be a problem but now it seems it is.
