Hi @Charan022,

As you can see from your “exception”, UiPath is sending the request and receiving the response correctly. This doesn’t look like an issue with UiPath, but rather a malformed XML.

I think your issue might come due to a typo: in your request XML, check the spelling of “” element, I guess it should be “”.
