We are instal Assistant in service mode on VM, we want to use Attended robot.
We connect to VM, via RDP, and start Robot. Robot connected to Orchestrator but don’t downloading on VM. (downloading of process in progress but dont finishing)
That is a reason for it? We have tried restart assistant, give admin right for user, but it in t work(

First check the Orchestrator Packages, whether package is available in that specific environment (Dev/Test/Prod) or not. If it is available in Orchestrator it should reflect.
