Server Migration

We have to migrate the BOT servers, which are currently running on VM, to the new Hyper-VM.

I have a doubt, after we do this, will the license will go for a toss? Is there any dependency on the Mac address of the machine to the license?

We have a unattended BOT.

Hi @Rahul_Jawahirani,
It all depends on how robots are configured. Mostly it’s machine key which is generated on orchestrator and used on Robots to connect. But one of the additional point is machine name which is used in orchestrator for each robot. If you are on enterprise plan you can always go to Technical Support.
