Separate First Pop-up image from sequence of images

Hi All,

I need to generate triggers events based on two different randomly blinking Pop-up images. I need to trigger only once on the first appearance of one or another of these images and disregard following sequence of identical images. I cannot separate first image from the following matching images.

Please help.
