Sent emails are not saved in sent items in Sent Exchange Mail activity

Hi,

We have an automation where we need to send emails using send exchange Mail Message activity. The emails are sent to the recipients but the sent items folder is empty. Do we need to change any settings to get the sent mails in sent items?

i hope its something related to your mail settings because if its a uipath issue the mail would have not been sent

–if its outlook kindly have a look on this

Or if its other mail kindly check with its respective settings

Thanks for the Quick response!

I figured that the option “SaveCopy” in Send Exchange Mail message acitity is used to save the sent mails in sent items.
