Sent email activity have not been saved in Sent Item

Hi everyone,

I have to automate the process to send the emails to recipients, then get the sent emails from “Sent Item” folder and save them (as email file) in the shared drive.

Although all emails have been successfully sent to recipients, some sent emails are not in “Sent Item” folder but they are in “Draft” folder. As a result, when I code the bot to get emails from “Sent Item” folder, some emails are missing. Does anyone face this kind of issue and how to solve this? Thank you in advance :slight_smile:

custom send exchange mail message activity (this activity is internally developed in my organization)
