Sending outlook mail to an adress containg a special character

Hello
I’m using send outlook mail.
The adress of the recepient contains a special caracter
Is it a problem?
the recepient adress appears to the recepient like the picture below

No error will popup if the mail user id is proper then it will send to the recipient.
