Sending a Function key as hot key to a citrix environment fails via UiPath Assistant

Hi,

I have connected to navision financial system via a citrix environment. I have to send a hotkey f3 to create a new invoice, when i send hotkey it works well from the studio but once i publish and run it via UiPath assistant with a attended robot, it fails.

Try to use click image in this case, may this work.
