Keys are case sensitive and I don’t see anywhere you’ve assigned values to those keys.

check the dictionary variable that given key present or not

Check if any of the To or Sub or Body are having extra spaces

OR

Check they are present

Also for debug you can use write line and check where it is error out

I dont seen any extra space in conf file but i am still getting same error

Can you try this. Try to print all the dictionary variables that you are passing in the SMTP activity using message box. It will let you know exactly at which variable the current error is giving

Yes I do the same and that was showing correct but I am obtaining error in the smtp mail masg
