Send SMTP Mail Message - difference between Email and From

Hello, Could you please explain the difference between properties Email and From of Send SMTP Mail Message activity? How should we use it?
I have checked the documentation but the explanation is not very descriptive.

Welcome to the community

  1. Email - this is used to select which account is used to connect to send email or check emails

  2. from - this is used from which email it has to be sent…used when your have shared mailboxes…then shared mailbox address is given here and original email account to whichs hared access is there is given in email field

The email property describes the which email account you need to login in to send the mail.

From property describes from email account address you need to send the mail.
