Send outlook message sometime piles up

Hi all,

My send outlook mail message activity generated mail sometime piles up and sending at the same time… My case, I have 1 hour cycle the RPA job running on my PC and it will be send a mail message to me at last. However, sometime 2 to 4 message is sending at the same time from my RPA process.

The mail has add on time stamp and I can identify it was created each 1 hour so I assume it is piled up in Outlook send box…
Moreover, my colleague also find the same problem with another environment.

Does anybody have something information about this??
