Send Outlook Main Message: One or more names is not recognized

I get this error “Send Outlook Main Message: One or more names is not recognized” around 50% of the times when I run my process. My process need to send out 100 emails, they all have the same format which is “bxxxxxx” where “x” is any digit ranging from 0 to 9.

Sometimes thr process correctly sends mails, for example for “b309912” and sometimes it does not, for example for “b222712”. What might the issue be here?

Hi,

The Outlook application needs to be installed on the computer if you are using it for Outlook-related tasks. It also needs to be online while the BOT is operating in order to avoid errors.
