Send outlook mail message-when Account not open on that pc

Can I trigger mail by using send outlook mail message when that account is not trigger on that pc ,another account is open in that pc.

The answer to your question is Yes . We can send a mail On Behalf of someone by giving their mail Id or name in that property

If not working, kindly share your workflow here

To do that, you will need both account to be registered on that Outlook, then set which one you want to use in the activities. But better to use Exchange activities or others if you can.
