Over the last 3 weeks we are seeing sporadic instances with mature automations where unread emails are not being read in ‘Get Outlook Mail…’, as well as outgoing ‘Send Outlook Mail…’ activities not sending or even appearing in the Bot’s email ‘Outbox’.
While we have identified an issue with the Outlook ‘Restore’ function that prompts for Yes/No via pop-up if Outlook was shut down in an improper manner, this is definitely not the root cause for most of our issues. Our corporate messaging Outlook install disbles this option at the present time, incidentally.
If anyone has seen a spike in these Outlook failures at any time, I’d be interested in your feedback. Thanks.
