Send mail STMP error

Hi all, i has an error when use Send SMTP mail activity with the Exception :

"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote "

Please help me resolve this problem, thank for advance !

i don’t think Robot or Orchestrator has the problems, because job still start and stop in the Send mail activity.

i was read this article, but i don’t know use Wireshark to resolve this problem.
