Please check below
Verify “Use Desktop Outlook App” Settings
Confirm that the account used in Outlook is the same as in UiPath.
Check the “Account” property in the activity—if left empty, it defaults to the primary Outlook account.
Allow UiPath to Access Outlook
Open Outlook > File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Programmatic Access.
Ensure UiPath has permission to access Outlook (sometimes, security settings block automation).
