Send hotkey enter sending it twice

I am trying to push a button that I got to with send hotkey tab. I’m using send hotkey enter but the button is getting pushed twice. I’ve set break points on the tab just before the enter and on the enter and it doesn’t push on the tab. Just twice on the enter? thoughts?
