Send Exchange Mail Message + SendOnly cannot be used by a user without a mailbox

I see this error when using the send exchange mail message activity. What does this mean? Has anyone faced this?

Send Exchange Mail Message: SendOnly cannot be used by a user without a mailbox. Use SendAndSaveCopy and specify a folder ID in a mailbox to send an item from an account that doesn’t have a mailbox.

I have an on-prem outlook.

If you are using exchange email then you have to provide exchange mail server details

If you want to use outlook then please use send outlook mail message activity instead

You can send outlook mail as well as shared mail by performing the following action.
