Send Exchange mail message 401 Error

I am facing a weird issue here

I have multiple mail which I am trying to send mail from Only 1 email email ID is giving an Error I don’t know what can be the issue here

Only the above ID isn’t accessible it gives 401 unauthourised error even though the credentials are correct, other mail ID’s work fine without any issues on the same server settings and the exchange version, this issue randomly started from yesterday, was working fine until yesterday

may be you need to check with your admin if there is any change in the password

Password isn’t chnged for the ID I am able to login.

are you getting the password from credential asset ?
