looks like you are using integration services and as per error permissions are missing for the user you are using

can you provide more details or check on these line

Hi @Anil_G ,

i was using send mail activity of microsoftoffice360 which is working perfectly for other processes only for this process is not working this process will run every month at 1st at 12:10 AM before that one process is also runing at 12:00 AM which is i got notification mail from 12:00AM process but the 12:10 AM process mail i did not get it. due to this error

i connected it default email

Check if the bot you are using is having access to the folder containing the connection

Also check in the process to see which connection is used

If default then this user should have access

I checked bot having access and connection for the folder.

which user should have permission default user From or To address user?

Can you check the integration user name and check if that have access…go to orchestrator edit the process and then check ehich connection is being used
