Send Email by group in excel

Hello,

I have an excel file which contains data as below.

I’m trying to send email to the recipients based on column “Email” all the items that tag with their email.

For example: MNO has 3 items tag with their names, so from column “Region Code” until “Description” will be paste to their email.

E.g.

while PQR will receive this in their email body.
