Send an Birthday template through Email

Hi,

I am having an Excel List of all employee’s data with their Birth Dates, So my task is to send an email to that person whose Birthday is today with a proper Birthday template with the name mentioned in that Birthday Template.

So any idea how to mention the name in the template.Template is in image form like jpg,png.
