i mean that… if random users running the process from their machine then how can bot send only those user who ran the process … means i ran the process then bot should send mail only me

@Pankaj_Dhane First, get the current user name using Environment.UserName and send email to that particular user only.

Configuring the users amid id will solve

Environment.UserName will give you the current user .

If we have a list of users mail id configured in a sheet , We can directly cross walkthrough it and send mail accordingly.
