Selectors not working for my portal

Not able to extract selector for my portal. only selector getting extracted is mentioned below:–

Did we try with UI explorer option in Studio → Design tab

Try with different UI Frameworks - which Changes the technology used to determine UI elements and their selectors. The following options are available:

  1. Default
  2. Active accessiblilty
  3. UI Automation
