Selectors issue for automating windows app

Hi Everyone,

There is an issue which we are facing while automating one windows app called Thycotic Add and Remove program.
While trying to identify the selectors it seems the properties while identifying certain elements keeps changing from machine to machine.
Version of the app, Uipath and windows is same. But still certain properties are getting identified in one system and in other systems its not.
In one machine the property ctrlname is coming but in another machine that prop is not there. Instead cls prop is there in place of ctrlname

Can someone pls assist by telling the reason behind this anomaly?

Can you other methods of Element Identification?
While Indicating element, press F4 and then indicate. Check the selectors if that works for you.
