As per error the indicated element does not belong to the application you indicated
Is remote runtime installed on the vm?
And did you indicate the target application properly

Are you doing the Citrix environment automation. If yes, you can use the CV activities to automate the Citrix environment.
When you are indicating any element on the foreground the application has to be opened in the background then the target element appear to the selectors, otherwise it throws the above error.

Yes, I doing open application and control application to be automatic. this my flow
Basically. I want it to open the Service.msc for checking status of some service
I just drag and drop Click activities. And I go to record target by click but has error please see my flow in picture blow
Yes @wutchira.kan This is the Citrix environment you are connecting to remote desktop after connecting to work on the Citrix environment use the Computer vision activities.
Just go to activities panel and search for the Computer vision you will find the activities as below.

Try to use a seprate use application/browser and then idicate the inner application you want to interqct

I will give you step by step process to get the clarification.
→ Use the Use application\browser activity and indicate the remote desktop connection wizard.
→ Use the Ui activities inside the Use application\browser activity to type the server name and to click on the connect button and to type the password.
→ After connected to the server mean Citrix environment, for this step you have to use the Computer vision activities to work in the Citrix environment.
→ Take the CV Screen scope activity and indicate the VM Screen inside of CV Screen scope use the CV activities to work on the VM Screen.
→ In VM the Ui activities will not work that’s why we are using the CV activities.
→ As Ui activities usage the CV activities also same.
