Selecting multiple items in Listbox

Hi all,
I’m working in Citrix environment and I want to select multiple items in Listbox by holding ‘Shift’ key. So please provide me a solution for this issue.

You can use send hot key activity and select the option “Shift”

And use the Click OCR Text activity for selecting the list items.

Thank you for your reply @KarthikByggari

But I’m unable to extract the data and compare it with the input provided in the Excel. I had used Get OCR Text activity but it is not accurate.
