Selecting and copying Cells

Hi so I need to do the following and I am unsure on how to

1. Click cell A1 (Employee)
2. Select Data
3. Select Filter

Are you trying to automate Excel application itself? It will be much easier to read excel into memory and use the datatable to manipulate filters and sorts, etc.
May I ask what is the next step after filtering? Do you enter the data in another app or update the excel file?
