Selecting an item in windows application based on index

Hello tech geeks .

Seeking help from Y’all - please advise on how to select an item in windows application based on index. In my case, application behaviour seems to be different andim not able to obtain index element from the application. please suggest?

Have you tried with Select Item activity ?
