a. Check your input data: Ensure that the ‘__pmt_input_EventLog.End’ column does not have NULL values. If necessary, fill in missing values before proceeding.

b. Modify data transformations: Review the transformations applied to your dataset and update them to prevent key records from being removed.

c. Verify data preprocessing: Ensure that the dataset has valid start and end event records before the process mining step.
