Select value from a column excel with condition

Hello experts,
Please help me in advance.

I have an excel file with one column like below:
--------------- Friday, October 30, 2020 ---------------
[Alex] [6:36 AM] Photo
[Alex] [6:36 AM]
[Alex] [8:50 PM] Photo
[Alex] [8:50 PM]
--------------- Saturday, October 31, 2020 ---------------

and I want to copy data from October 01, 2020 to October 31, 2020 and some time is another month and put to another sheet. How can I do that.

Do the cell position changes everytime of the dates u are trying to find or remains in fixe position

The cell position will be changed and it not fixed. I want to write condition like:

Select VALUE from column A where A include “October, 01” to "October, 31 "
