Select particular option only and each and every time the position will be changing

i am having like this and i should select the ACCOUNT HOLDER option only. like below given.

and the position of the ACCOUNT HOLD is changes account to account as given below img.

but i should select the each and every time the ACCOUNT HOLD option only.

Can you please show me the selector of that column? Also please make sure you are not using column or row attributes in the selector.

I can see filters are available. Can you filter it with the account name and then proceed. It will be static then.
