Select only those records from datatable whose Column1,Column2,Column3 should not empty

Hi Friends,
I have one datatable having 10 columns and from this i need to check three column i.e Column1,Column2,Column3
I want to take only those records whose Column1,Column2,Column3 should not empty.

How we can take it ?
