there is dropdown in that Am/pm i have extracted Am and store it in variable but when i run it it didnt work and say as mentioned in topic

Have you tried using click activity instead of select items? Use click activity to select the dropdown menu. Or even try to use the type into activity. Some dropdowns do take type into activity.

Could you please show us how your drop down looks?

Some drop down require 2 click - 1 to expand drop down and other to select items.

Some can work with typing the item to be selected so solutions can vary for different drop downs.
