Select item error in uipath while using salesforce

Hi,
I am creating the test case flow in salesforce i tried to select the drop-down using the “Select item activity” but I did not get the dropdown results Why it is not working in salesforce?

Use Click activity to click the dropdown button and then use Select item activity.

Sometimes we need to click on the dropdown button before selecting the dropdown iten.
