Seems like you don't have access on Orchestrator. Please check with your administrator

Users can encounter this issue even while being admins in the Cloud Portal as it can be due to one of two different access settings unrelated to role permissions.

Resolution

Make sure to:

  1. Enable the Orchestrator service via Cloud Home -> Admin->Click on the Tenant affected->Services:

  1. Enable UI access by navigating to Tenant->Manage Access->Assign roles->Users, edit the affected user(s) and check off the standard interface:
