.screenshot Folder Not Copying

I am trying to copy a .screenshots folder into another folder and it won’t copy properly. I have also tried creating a new folder and naming it .screenshots so I can just copy the images themselves into the folder but it is not allowed. I suspect it is because of the period in the folder name.

Can anyone help with this?

make sure you dont have the studio opened when you try this…

Thanks! The folder appears to have copied now but is not visible in the project folder. Do you know what causes this?

there is that middle button to show all files…

Thank you, bcorrea. It was in the File Explorer that the files were not visible. I did the following to fix in case it helps someone else.

  1. Open File Explorer from the taskbar.

  2. Select View > Options > Change folder and search options .

  3. Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings , select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK .
