Screen scraping using OCR - Language drop down empty

Hello All,
I have installed UI path community edition version 2019.8.0
I was trying to use Citrtix automation using Click Text automation, but OCR engine is failing.
I am able to see Microsoft OCR engine and Tesseract OCR engine but in language dropdown I am not able to see any language for selection.
Do I need to Install something?
I am using windows 7.
