Screen Refreshes Periodically

We have the Orchestrator Monitor screens displayed in the office when certain processes are running and periodically all the pages refresh back to the Orchestrator Home Screen meaning someone has to reset them to the monitor screens.

Any ideas/recommendations?

I think it might be the behavior by design. The Automation cloud does try to log out if there is no external activity on that screen.

Is it possible to see if there is a consistent span of time it happens? If yes, maybe that would explain if this behavior is by design.
