I’m not sure whether my idea is efficient, but here is what i have in mind:

In Orchestrator:

  1. Time Trigger of 6:00 AM IST
  2. Setup an Event Trigger to run the process when a Mail is received.

In Workflow:

  1. Check if Mail received to trigger the run is sent before 12:00 PM IST, if not then terminate run. (If no mail found and current Time is before 12:00 PM IST, then it the 6:00 AM Run)
  2. Give a 5 minute delay in the beginning of the workflow.
  3. In end of the workflow, send a Mail to start the next run.
