Schedule process was not started but in Orchestrator showing status as Pending

Hi Team,

I am using Orchestrator Version 2018.4.6.

  1. I found that one of my production schedule job in orchestrator showing status as Pending state and the process was not triggered/ started through orchestrator. Any idea why this is happened. There is no any other uiPath process is running on that machine.

  2. Sometimes Orchestrator miss to trigger the robot schedule job. Any idea why orchestrator behaving like this ?
